Refund policy

Whisperland Studio as a handmade jewelry brand, we hope every customer will be satisfied with our products. We will always be here for you if you have any concerns with your order.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return Steps:

  • To start a return, you can contact us at hello@whisperlandstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. Item sent back to us without first email requesting will not be accepted.
  • Our team will provide you with the shipping address for you to send it back. Please pack the item in its original package.
  • Return the item with a delivery service of your choice and at your own expense (sorry, we will not cover the shipping fee). We highly recommend adding a tracking number to any return package as we will not be responsible for any loss of the package during the process.
  • Once the products have been returned in accordance with the stated instructions, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@whisperlandstudio.com.

Exceptions:

  • Items purchased during any sale event can only be refunded as a store credit. This includes promotional coupon codes or discounts applied at the time of purchase.
  • We typically don't accept returns for international shipments. However, your satisfaction is a priority to us and we are happy to assist with any situation. If you have any concerns, please reach out to our Team at hello@whisperlandstudio.com.

Exchanges: 

 
Please note that our website does not accept online exchanges.

However, we will have many local pop-up events that will be sold in person. If you really want to exchange for another product, you are welcome to follow our Instagram account @whisperlandstudio to get information about our Canadian local pop-up, and then bring the product you want to exchange for. Come to us for an inspection, if the product is in good condition, we will consider an exchange, thank you for your understanding.
