Shipping policy

At Whisperland Studio, each of our products is made with love, some products are pre-made, and some products are made to order.

We will try our best to dispatch the order within 1-3 days after placing the order. (During the holiday season Please give us more time as the order quantity increases)

Toronto, Canada

Shipping Costs:

Canada:        - A flat shipping fee of $7 applies

                            -  Free Shipping for orders over $69 

      US:         - A flat shipping fee of $7 applies

                            -  Free Shipping for orders over $69 

International:  - A flat shipping fee of $15 applies

                              -  Free Shipping for orders over $120 

(Buyers are responsible for the custom fee and any other additional fees that may applied to packages)

Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary based on location. Orders shipped from Toronto Studio.

Ontario/Quebec typically arrive within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Deliveries to the rest of Canada typically take 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Shipments to the United States usually arrive within 2-7 business days after dispatch.

Shipments to the International usually depend on the country of arrival.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Address Accuracy:

Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returned Package:

Please contact us immediately once you notice any errors in your address. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping labels. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost.

Cancellations:

Please request a cancellation within 10 hours for purchase as we do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Once orders are processing, we are unable to make exceptions.

Special Requests:

If you have any special requests such as upgrading shipping service, picking up your order at our studio or popup event, or signature request upon delivery, feel free to contact us at
